INDUCTION
Students will begin the Induction only after completing the enrollment fully. Induction is in preparation for undertaking assignments during the course. Students who do not attend induction are unlikely to understand the requirements to successfully prepare research term-papers. It is therefore mandatory for all freshmen to complete Induction fully.

- Induction 1: Review Of Grammar And Punctuation. This is an online assessment.
- Induction 2: Attending the four-day Referencing And Term Paper Sessions. The four sessions are hosted online whether you are an online, in-class or distant learner.
- At end of Induction 2, you will complete the referencing practice test. This is a set of multiple-choice questions that are completed online. You must pass the induction test to complete the enrollment. The required score to pass is 100%. You can take these online test as many times as needed from the comfort of home until you earn the required grade. Once you achieve 100%, screenshot the score sheet, save it, and upload your test score here
Within three weeks to the start of the semester, Student Services will email the Academic Calendar Of Events, Course Audit Form, link to select register for classes, link to access iTutor, and coursework support tools.

ORIENTATION AND TIMETABLE
Orientation is co-hosted by the Faculty and Student Services Office. This is a one-day activity in the second week of January, second week of May, and third week of September. Orientation enables you to prepare for the transition to our learning environments and e-learn platforms and to engage the service staff and faculty administrators on your residency. You will also learn about student life and the many exciting student programs and opportunities.
