You’re asked to reflect upon the critical incidents which may have influenced your holistic development and experience as a leader and learner. The objective is to build a conceptual framework to inform current and future leadership practices.

Your writing should demonstrate an effective quality and standard of expression in English. This requires communication of information with some complexity in English which is accurate, clear, appropriate, and shows effective use of academic writing conventions suited for the graduate level.
