ADMISSION PROCESS
STEP 1: Schedule An Information Session For On-campus Or Online
Book an appointment today to speak directly to an Admission Counselor. We will use the opportunity to learn about you and if our programs are suitable for you. You get to speak to us about any and all questions that you have e.g about the diploma and degrees, financing options, requirements for student visa, work-study options, and opportunities for scholarship for students who can evidence a history of high academic achievement.

STEP 2: Start The Application Process
APPLY ONLINE | Your application form is important to your acceptance. Answer all the questions fully on the Admission Application Form and select the correct program that you seek admission on.
PAY APPLICATION FEE | This fee of $30.00 is non-refundable and paid as soon as you complete the admission application form. The application fee is valid for one school year = 8 Months. After the one year has passed and you have not started, you will need to re-apply with a new application fee. You must complete the application form, pay the application fee of US$30 here, and email the receipt to enroll@aimuniversitygroup.org You will then be granted access to move to the online entrance test, starting with the Personal Statement.
TAKE THE PLACEMENT TEST | The Entry Assessment includes a Personal Essay and the Critical Thinking Assessment Test. Both assessments are conducted online. The personal essay is 450 Words. After completing the essay, you will be given access to the test. The critical thinking test, also known as a critical reasoning test, determines your ability to reason through an argument logically and make an objective decision. You may be required to assess a situation, recognize assumptions being made, and evaluate arguments. The test is 45-60 minutes. Instructions and examples of what are expected is emailed to you. The Personal Statement and test can be attempted three times until you achieve a Pass Grade. Only after you have passed both tests that you will receive an Offer Letter to AIM University Group.

AFTER COMPLETING THE APPLICATION STAGE SUCCESSFULLY, YOU WILL ADVANCE TO THE ENROLLMENT STAGE IN THE ADMISSION PROCESS.

CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A PAYMENT SCHEDULE| Late payment (with a late fee) is accepted only if space is still available. Whatever the payment plan you choose, the account balance must be settled before you are formally accepted and are allowed to register for classes.
- STEP 1: Make the deposit of $250 on your Tuition. This is the Holding fee to secure your space on the program. You will usually pay this within 15 days of receiving the offer of a place on the program.

- STEP 2: Sign the two Financial And Enrollment Agreements emailed to you in the Offer Letter.
- STEP 3: Upload the signed Financial And Enrollment Agreements along with the receipt showing the deposit of $250

- STEP 4: Within 72 Hrs the Student Services Office will send you the prompt for the other documents needed to complete enrollment.
- STEP 5: Upload the required documents on the said page where the documents are located.
- STEP 6: Your submitted forms and references will be assessed and verified by the Enrollment Team.
- STEP 7: The Student Services Office will update your file and email you on the status of your file and account.
- STEP 8: You will now complete and submit the final Enrollment Form.
ADMISSION INTERVIEW|
- STEP 9: If the Admissions Committee requires more information about you, you will be contacted by the Admissions Office for an interview. We encourage interested international applicants to have an interview if possible. This will be via video conferencing. If you are not interviewed, it will not adversely affect your candidacy.
TUITION PAYMENT|
- STEP 10: You may pay the tuition in full but families who are desiring greater flexibility in paying the annual tuition may wish to consider a financing option and as such you may pay per semester (2 payments); per term (3 payments); or Bi-semester (4 payments). Some programs may allow for 36-part flexi-payments on a conditional basis.

ACCEPTANCEOnce all above requirements are met, the admission is completed and AIM-USA will now transfer your records to Student Services at Colbourne College to issue the Acceptance Letter. This marks the beginning of induction and orientation to student life at Colbourne College.
